こちらはチョンブリにある ネイビー管轄の海亀保護センターです。
私のバンコクの家には大小さまざまなカメがいますが、 どれも陸亀です。
こちらは海亀の泳いでる様子なんですが
なんか空を飛んでいるような滑らかな泳ぎですよね。
同じカメとは言うものの陸亀とは全然違いますね。 特に外見的な違いとしては脚の形が全く違いますよね。
興味深いです。
いつかダイビング中に出会えたらいいなぁ。
This is a Navy-managed sea turtle conservation center located in Chonburi.
At my home in Bangkok, I have several turtles of various sizes, but they’re all land turtles.
Here, you can see sea turtles swimming, and it almost looks like they’re gliding through the water, as if they’re flying in the sky.
Even though they’re both turtles, sea turtles and land turtles are completely different. The most noticeable difference is the shape of their legs.
It’s fascinating.
I hope I can encounter one while diving someday.
