Baan Kudichin Museumで教会の行事に使う花のカバーを作っています。
白い小さい花の蕾を一つづつ針と糸で繋いでいきます。
なかなか根気のいる作業ですよね。
おばちゃん達が仲良く
おしゃべりをしながら作っていきます。
近くによってみるとこの花はとってもいい匂いがします。
完成が楽しみですね。
At the Baan Kudichin Museum, they’re crafting floral covers used in church ceremonies.
Each small white flower bud is carefully threaded together with a needle and thread.
It’s a task that requires a lot of patience.
The ladies chat happily as they work together.
When you get close, you can smell the wonderful fragrance of the flowers.
I’m looking forward to seeing the finished piece.
