長野県飯田市にある野底川（のそこがわ）です。
ここは夏になると涼みに行きたくなる場所です。
車でも来れるんですが、たまに自転車でも来ます。
ずっと上り坂なのでいい運動になりますね。
靴を脱いで
裸足で
冷たい水に素足をいれる。
水の音を聞きながら
ゆっくりした時間を
楽しむ。
綺麗な自然を未来の子供達にも残していきましょうね。
This is Nosokogawa in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture.
In the summer, it’s a place I like to go to cool off.
You can come by car, but sometimes I also come by bicycle.
It’s a constant uphill, so it’s good exercise.
Taking off my shoes and
putting my bare feet
into the cold water.
Listening to the sound of the water
and enjoying a slow, relaxing time.
Let’s preserve this beautiful nature for the children of the future.
