長野県天竜峡の散歩コースです。
ここは歩くのにいい場所がたくさんあって自然もとても素敵です。
緑があって、
川があって、
少しひんやりとした空気。
歩き回っているだけで
体の中の何かが軽くなっていくような
自然とリラックスしているような感覚になりました。

This is a walking course in Tenryu Gorge, Nagano Prefecture.

There are many great places to walk here, and the nature is very beautiful.

There is greenery,

there is a river,

and the air is slightly cool.

Just walking around,

it felt like something inside my body was becoming lighter,

and I naturally felt relaxed.
